Facts from Biblical scripture that MUST be fulfilled!

FACT 37: The latter-day gathering of the people of God out of all the nations of the world MUST become known as a greater event than the ancient exodus of the Israelites out of Egypt.

FACT 38: God MUST send for many fishers and hunters to gather together the Tribes of Israel from out of the world.

FACT 39: This great missionary force MUST be very thorough as they search for God’s people.

Prophecy fulfilment!

FACT 37: Since the days of Joseph Smith’s First Vision in 1820 the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has increased dramatically from a handful of converts to the present membership of twelve million.  This, together with the prophecies concerning the future return of the Ten Lost Tribes of Israel and the completed gathering of the Tribe of Judah, will easily dwarf in magnitude the ancient exodus of the Israelites from Egypt, even though this was a miraculous event in itself.  The scattering of the House of Israel, as they disappeared into the populations of the world centuries ago, is not so eye-catching as the nation that will be formed as a result of the prophecy of being re-gathered.  Just as the people of Israel came out of Egypt, like a nation forming out of a nation, so in these latter-days the nation that comes out of all the nations of the world is going to be an even more amazing event.

FACT 38: Two great latter-day missionary forces are mentioned here.  The first, described as fishers, are the Latter-Day Saint missionaries going to all the nations of the world, of which there are currently about 50,000 young people spending about two years of their lives in sharing this knowledge from God to all who will listen.  The second missionary force described as hunters will be sent after the first have completed their work (the explanation of this missionary force is beyond the scope of this presentation). 

FACT 39: The first missionary force began in 1830 with the establishment of the latter-day kingdom of God. Missionaries have gone forth continuously to all nations of the world as resources have allowed and wherever political circumstances permitted.  It is important to seek out the missionaries of The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints while they are available, for the time will come when the purposes of God will move onwards.
